Techno Forensic Conference 08

The club and I attended the Techno Forensic Conference 08' this past week. It was a very interesting event. I highly suggest anyone into Computer Forensics to attend this next year if interested in purchasing a product or interested in gaining a understanding how the products work. This was not the most valuable event to attend if you were looking for recruiters, but it's a great event for networking that could always eventually lead to a job. I really want to post my gratitude to different people at the conference that took extra time to speak with us but I really don't want to leave anyone out. I thought it was neat, how there was always something to do and someone to talk to. I would much rather go to this than vacation any day! my intention for this blog is to create a source of interest for others especially beginners to the field of computer forensics; dealing with a variety of different perspectives. This is also an opportunity to endorse BUCFC, which is a club formed at Bloomsburg University; which stands for Bloomsburg University Computer Forensic Club. Many of the members have started developing research projects. I plan to post my progress with their and my research on this blog; so I can gain advice and also recognition from other people in this field.
